We are the leader when it comes to trucking schools. During training, students are taught the necessary knowledge and skills to pass a series of tests to obtain their CDL.

This program generally begins with classroom instruction geared towards passing the written exams for a CDL permit. The permit allows you to practice driving skills on public roads with a CDL-licensed instructor.

After completing your training and demonstrating your ability to operate a truck safely, you’ll be issued a certificate of completion. You will then be able to take the CDL road tests with a state-approved tester.

With A Class Training you are joining the best truck driving school and receiving the most current CDL Training.

Classroom Training for your CDL

Our classroom training is individually focused. You will not be in a class with hundreds of students, we make sure that each individual student gets the attention they need to succeed.

It’s not just about passing the knowledge test- we train you to abide by all traffic laws of the states in all circumstances while you are on the road.

How do we train you for a Class A CDL?

Our Classroom Course includes instruction in the following areas

  1. State and Federal regulations covering the trucking profession.
  2. Washington State regulations and procedures for obtaining a CDL.
  3. A general idea of the Knowledge and Skills Tests, including specific skills tested.
  4. The outline of our six-week CDL course at A Class Training.
  5. An overview of the trucking profession

We also spend time discussing the truck driving profession and what you need to consider if you want to be an owner-operator.
